NOTE ABOUT PANDEMIC ELECTRONIC BENEFIT TRANSFER:

Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) is a temporary food benefit available to Minnesota families with children who would have received free or reduced-price meals when schools were open. More info HERE.

If a household with children between ages 5-18 was on SNAP, food support, on March 18, 2020, they do not need to apply for P-EBT. They will receive the P-EBT benefits automatically on their SNAP-EBT card, if their SNAP EBT is still active.

Households that weren't receiving SNAP on March 18 who had children, ages 5-18, receiving free or reduced lunch or enrolled in a school that provided free lunch to all students need to apply to receive the $325 per student. The P-EBT application for these households is HERE.

Lakes and Pines agency-wide advocates will help people apply for P-EBT and answer any questions they have. People may call 1-800-832-6082 and select Option 4 to be connected with an advocate.
